Several celebrities have sold their homes for over $50 million

Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi and Byron Allen nearly reached the $100 million mark in their sales

Some stars, like Sylvester Stallone and Robbie Williams, sold their luxury properties to other A-listers

When it comes to celebrity real estate, a multimillion-dollar price tag is hardly unusual.

Stars like Ellen DeGeneres, Sylvester Stallone and Mark Wahlberg have all sold homes well into the eight figures, with some properties even changing hands between fellow A-listers.

In September 2026, Tyler Perry added another lavish mansion to the market, listing his nine-bedroom, 15-bathroom Beverly Hills home for $57 million after announcing his plans to move to Puerto Rico.

But he’s far from the only household name to put a pricey property up for sale.

From iconic Hollywood residences to sprawling coastal estates, here are the eight most expensive celebrity home sales.

Though Ryan Seacrest didn’t get the $85 million he originally listed his Beverly Hills estate for, he did take home a cool $51 million in November 2022, per the Los Angeles Times.

The three-acre compound, which The Wheel of Fortune host originally purchased from DeGeneres for $36.5 million, included a 9,200-square-foot main house, two guesthouses, a pool house, gym and an underground garage.

His 30,500-square-foot home sat on more than six acres and boasted some seriously unique amenities, including a five-hole golf course, skate park, grotto-style pool and in true Wahlberg fashion, a Boston Celtics-themed basketball court.

In September 2026, Perry listed his 24,592-square-foot Beverly Hills residence for a whopping $57 million.

The property, which Meghan Markle and Prince Harry temporarily lived in when they stepped back from their royal duties in 2020, is just one of a few the media mogul owns.

Perry also has a home in Atlanta near Tyler Perry Studios, a private island in the Bahamas and a home in Jackson, Wyo., that he listed for $39.5 million in June, per The Wall Street Journal.
