Razvan Ciocoi on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days Season 6 - TLC

October 5 marks the Season 2 premiere of 90 Day: Hunt For Love. However, before anyone could even watch the first episode, fans became convinced that drama had occurred behind the scenes between Razvan Ciocoi and another cast member.

90 Day Fiancé star Razvan Ciocoi was last seen on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days nearly three years ago. While he isn’t featured in the Season 2 promo as one of the seven main returning members, he appears in the trailer, which has led fans to wonder why he was cut. Rumor has it that he was sent home early while filming the season.

TLC fans may remember Razvan from Season 6 of Before the 90 Days, when he was dating Amanda Wilhelm. During the season, Amanda flew to Romania to meet Razvan in person for the first time. While the two confirmed their split at the Season 6 Tell All, their emotional journey was a clear standout of the season.

Scroll to look back at Razvan’s 90 Day Fiancé, his rumored Hunt for Love controversy, and more.

Who is Razvan Ciocoi?

Razvan first joined the 90 Day Fiancé universe at 26, when he was dating 31-year-old Amanda Wilhelm. At the time, TLC revealed that Razvan is a Romanian social media star and actor, while many online referred to him as a “TikTok stripper.” Today, he frequently posts thirst traps for his 58,200 Instagram followers. As for his career, he lists himself as an “artist.”

Why did Razvan and Amanda split?

Ahead of Season 6, TLC shared, “Amanda, a widowed mother of two, never thought she’d find love again after losing her husband to a sudden battle with cancer. But all that changed when she started chatting online with Razvan, [who] helped pull her out of her grief as she fell in love with his warmth, sense of humor, and chiseled, model body. Now, after 4 months of online dating, Amanda is ready to fly to Romania to meet him for the first time in person.”

By the end of the season, they realized that Razvan was more focused on his influencer career than on joining Amanda’s family. During Part 2 of the season’s Tell All, they revealed to the rest of the cast that they had officially called off their relationship. Today, Amanda is in a new relationship and has welcomed another baby girl.

’90 Day’: Are Russ & Paola Still Together After Anniversary Drama? What are the rumors surrounding Razvan on Hunt for Love?

On June 3, 90 Day Fiancé blogger Shabooty alleged that Razvan was sent home early from filming Hunt for Love Season 2 in Puerto Rico. Shabooty claimed that Razvan was booted for allegedly calling fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Jamal Menzies a racial slur. At this time, neither Razvan nor Jamal has commented on these claims. Razvan’s ex, Amanda, commented on the blogger’s post with three teapot emojis.

When the Hunt for Love cast was announced, Razvan was not included in any of the promo. However, he can be seen in the trailer for the season, so we’d assume he was on set at some point. Could this mean that the cast originally featured eight returning members like last season?
