The influencer turned 25 on Tuesday, Dec. 16, and gave her millions of followers a glimpse into her birthday celebrations, reflecting on the last few weeks of her life following her split from Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios. In a GRWM video shared the day before her birthday, the social media star took to her TikTok to admit to followers that "the past two weeks, I feel like it's just not been that easy."

"I keep kind of just going in waves of feeling good," she continued, as she applied her makeup. "For a second, I'm having fun, and then the next second I'm sad and a little shaky."Alix also admitted that she was glad to have the company of her "best friends" around during her birthday.

"Just having company is honestly the best thing right now, cause being alone is not great. And even going on my phone, I've been trying not to scroll so much," she said.Continuing on, she added that she felt as though, "this is the first year on my birthday where I feel like I'm gonna feel not the best," despite usually never feeling that way.

In addition to the split from Berrios, Earle alluded to some other things in her "personal life" that have "been a lot" for her recently."It was really crazy — this one day about two weeks ago — I feel like 10 different things just came from different angles," she shared. "So I'm just really grateful to be here with my friends right now."

Later in the video, Alix also admitted that she was excited to go home for the holidays and spend time with her family. She was also joined by her sister, Ashtin, toward the end of the video, who gave her a big hug from behind.

One day before her actual birthday, Earle shared a TikTok vlog documenting her journey to her "birthday trip," which she said she nearly canceled because she "was feeling down in the dumps and just wanted to lay in bed." Despite her initial reservations, the content creator said she was looking forward to "some good girl time."

In the video's caption, Earle further reflected on her changed perspective, writing, "This is quite the turn around from crying on my couch for 12 hrs straight yesterday."

At one point during the vlog posted on Monday, Dec. 15, Earle filmed herself getting ready for dinner and discussed how she was feeling "very grateful" to be surrounded by friends.

"Yesterday I was sitting on my couch, and I felt, like, green," she explained. "I don't know how to describe that, but I just was so nauseous in my own thoughts and sad but, like, numb. I felt like I couldn't move. So just being around my friends right now means everything."

Earlier this month, PEOPLE confirmed that the content creator had split from NFL player Braxton Berrios, 30, whom she had been dating for over two years. Multiple sources told PEOPLE that their breakup was mutual. Days later, Earle posted an emotional video on social media to discuss how they decided to end the relationship.

"It’s just been really hard to process in general, and I think why I’ve been scared to say something is because I feel like it just makes it more real,” she began in the video shared on Dec. 13. “Braxton and I are no longer together. We have been doing long distance since basically June and we haven't gotten to see each other that often.”

The Dancing with the Stars alum went on to explain that, during a recent stint in Los Angeles, she realized she “really liked it and I thought maybe I wanted to stay there.”

“I think that was a scary thing for me to realize because it meant us not being in the same place,” she continued. “A part of me just also really wants to be focusing on myself right now and I just feel like I can’t be what Braxton needs. I want him to have someone with him 24/7 who can support him and be there for him — and he wasn't really expecting that of me, I think it was more a me thing — but I constantly felt guilty.”

Noting that it has felt like she and Berrios have been “on two different paths,” Earle made it clear that she still loves the NFL star — whom she began dating after meeting at a party in February 2023 — and considers him her best friend.
