Mikey Madison isn’t afraid to take a fashion risk, and her latest red carpet appearance is proof. While promoting The Social Reckoning, the actress has been experimenting with everything from romantic couture to sculptural silhouettes, showing she’s not interested in playing it safe. For the film’s New York premiere, she switched things up once again, stepping out in a glittering Vivienne Westwood gown with an edgy plunging neckline.
The strapless statement dress featured a body-skimming design from the bust through the hips before falling into a long, floor-skimming skirt, with the entire silhouette covered in rows of intricate silver beading.

The dress had a liquid-like finish, with the tiny embellishments catching the light every time she moved. But the real beauty of the dress is in its construction.
The bodice is sharply sculpted and corset-like, while the beaded fabric gathers and curves around her waist and hips, creating the kind of figure-defining silhouette that has become synonymous with Westwood.

The gown also had a slightly sheer material, but rather than feeling like another iteration of the celeb-fave naked dress, the dense embellishment ensured it felt more luxurious than a traditional barely there ensemble.

Madison kept the rest of the look relatively restrained, letting the gown do most of the talking.

Her long brunette hair was worn loose and swept over one shoulder, while softly defined eyes and a neutral lip kept the beauty look polished. She finished the look with sparkling jewelry that peppered in the right amount of shine.
The Social Reckoning dramatizes the real-life 2021 Facebook whistleblower leak and the high-stakes investigation that exposed internal company documents to the public.
It stars Madison, Jeremy Allen White, and Jeremy Strong and is set to release in theaters on October 7.
