A person is in custody after New York City police say a man stabbed two people on the subway platform on Saturday at Midtown Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal.
The incident happened around 9:50 a.m. ET on a subway platform beneath Grand Central, according to a law enforcement official. Police shot the suspect, the official said.
The person is in custody and the two victims were transported to a hospital where they are expected to survive.
