Tay Lautner has all the support she needs during her pregnancy from her husband, Taylor Lautner.

During the Wednesday, April 8 episode of The Squeeze, the expectant mom, 29, opened up about how the Twilight star, 34, has been "a dream" during the first trimester of her pregnancy. In a rare solo episode of their podcast, she shared that Taylor has been "everything" for her during this time.

"Taylor has, as you all could guess, just been a dream," she said. "He has been my saving grace during this pregnancy, my first trimester. He was my chef, my waiter, the runner, the cleaner. He was everything."

Elsewhere in the podcast, she spoke about how she feels about her body during her pregnancy. Tay candidly shared how she had a slight meltdown about her body shape during this transitional time in her life."I've actually not heard a single pregnant woman talk about this before, which I know is something that we have all gone through as pregnant women. I know if you're listening to this, you're gonna maybe relate to this in some regard," she said. "But during my first trimester, I was convinced that body positivity of pregnant women and loving your body was propaganda. I literally got mad."

"I was like, I do not love my body. I don't know how people love their bodies. Like this, I am so uncomfortable in my own skin," she continued. "I have never I've never been one that has like disliked how I looked.... But, for the first time in my 29 years of life, I have hated my body, which I hate saying. But it's the truth."

"I literally have not liked how I looked one bit," Tay continued. "I had a good cry to Taylor about it because I looked at myself naked in the mirror and I was like, 'I'm so just fluffy and round, and I don't like how I look.'"

The soon-to-be mom went on to share that her husband has been there for her during this critical time. She said Taylor serves as her "accountability buddy," helping her through one of the "roughest things that a woman's body goes through in pregnancy."

"But I've just made that decision that I'm not gonna look, and I have Taylor, and I bring him to all of my OB appointments because I love having him with me," she shared. "But when I step on the scale, we just like lock eyes and make eye contact. And he's like my accountability buddy. I'm like, 'Nope. It doesn't matter. This is the one time in life it really doesn't matter.' "

The couple revealed the news of their baby on the way on Instagram on Thursday, March 26. They could be seen posing in a field together, holding up a series of sonogram images. In one sweet photo, Taylor bent down to kiss his wife's stomach, who wore a white skirt and white tank top.

"What's better than two Taylor Lautners?🤍," they cheekily wrote in their caption.

Due to her husband's fame, Tay admitted in the podcast that she was "scared" someone was going to find out she was pregnant and leak it before she and Taylor had the chance to share the news themselves. She said it was "exciting" to be able to tell the world when they decided to share the news, adding that the positive response they received from posting it was "definitely overwhelming."

"I can't explain the response from us posting. I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't that at all," Tay said. "My phone that day was blowing up like crazy, and I've just never experienced anything like that before. And it was definitely overwhelming.""I was not expecting that kind of love, and it really just it was so it was overwhelming in a good way, but it also put into perspective how precious this pregnancy and this baby is," she continued.
